For this, all employees are responsible for product quality at every stage of production because the parts produced with the Investment Casting method have surface smoothness at the same level of machining and are mostly used without any mechanical treatment. Serpa Investment Casting has been implementing the AS 9100 Aviation Management System since 2012 in order to fully meet the requirements of its defense industry and aviation industry productions, as well as its ISO 9001 Quality Management System since 2002. Environmental issues of the production made in Serpa is also considered as a part of quality. The Environmental Permit Certificate, which was obtained from the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization in 2014, was expanded in 2018 and transformed into an Environmental Permit and License Certificate with the Hazardous Waste Recycling License. Serpa Investment Casting has become one of the leading companies in the casting industry by documenting its sensitivity to the environment.

Adopting the policy of continuous improvement as one of its basic principles, Serpa Investment Casting has continued its activities with the awareness of "Occupational Health and Safety First" since the first day of its establishment and has obtained a leading position in the investment casting sector with the discipline and determination it has shown in this regard, as well as the high quality products and service it offers. With the ISO 45001:2018 quality certificate that Serpa Investment Casting received in 2022, a system that complies with the international occupational health and safety system standard has been established.
